Doug Reinhardt and Amanda Bynes have broken up as a couple. Bynes’ rep has confirmed that her client has split with Reinhardt. Bynes, 22, had spoken about her break with Reinhardt last week. On Tue. night, Jan 13, Reinhardt and Bynes were seen holding hands when they visited Swingers in LA.
