Doug Lyall & Mary Lyall’s playing cards to find missing daughter Suzanne Lyall

By Clarencia Cynrae on August 21st, 2008

Suzanne Lyall went missing in 1998, in New York. Her parents, Doug Lyall and Mary Lyall started a foundation called Center for Hope.

This center prints and sends playing cards to New York Jails. The decks of cards contain pictures and basic information on missing persons and other criminal cold cases. The Lyalls hoped to locate their missing daughter, Suzanne Lyall.

Inmates can call a hotline to volunteer information and remain anonymous. There are plans to expand the scope of this playing card program. In Florida, playing cards with cold cases were used and police received information leading to 8 arrests and one conviction.
