Larry Blumberg wants to pay Jews to move to Dothan, Alabama.

Larry Blumberg, the chairman of Blumberg Family Relocation Fund, offers every Jewish faith family a maximum of $50,000 to relocate to Dothan, Alabama. Blumberg and the leaders of Temple Emanu-El stipulate conditions that takers must get involved in the Temple and stay in Dothan for a minimum of five years. Although more Jews reside in southern States of America, the younger Jews have shifted into big cities like Birmingham and Atlanta.
