Doreen Giuliano, a mother whose son was sentenced for murder, went undercover to spy on the jurors. Giuliano struck gold when she recorded conversations from Jason Allo, a juror. Jason Allo admitted he was biased against Doreen Giuliano’s son, John Giuca. Jason Allo told Giuliano confidentially that although he had sworn under oath, he knew he was not qualified to be a juror for John Giuca’s trial. Guica was convicted of the murder of Mark Fisher, a 19-year-old college student from Andover, New Jersey, in 2003.

    The fact that Jason Allo told Giuliano confidentially that although he had sworn under oath, he knew he was not qualified to be a juror for John Giuca’s trial should be enough to take some corrective action. Had she not recorded it, he still said it!

    If this was the Other way around and John Giuca was found Innocent the Prosecutor would have already arrested and tried this juror
