Donald Trump sues his ex lawyers because they used his name on their website. Donald Trum sued Morrison Cohen LLP and David Scharf, a partner inside Morrison Cohen, because they used his image and name for advertizing without his consent.

Morrison Cohen LLP has in turn, claimed that Donald Trump brought on this lawsuit to avoid paying his bill of $600,000. The chairman, David Scherl, said that Donald Trump’s law suit was frivolous.
