Donald Peters: Peters last ticket won Connecticut Lottery

Donald Peters, 79, bought a winning ticket for Connecticut’s Lottery. Donald Peters died of a heart attack on Nov. 1. The ticket was drawn on Dec. 2 and his widow is now provided for life. Charlotte Peters, 78, won $10 million. Charlotte Peters has been in bereavement and she has not decided what she would do with the money.
