Donald Payne: Donald Payne’s plane attacked

Donald Payne, New Jersey’s congressman, flew out of Africa safely. The Somali pirates had attacked and fired mortars at Donald Payne’s plane but the aircraft managed to depart from the airport safely.Payne was in Africa to investigate the piracy incidents.
