Dominick Dunne, a famous crime writer for Vanity Fair, was in court to report on the trial of O.J. Dunne was suddenly taken to hospital after he complained of pain.

Domonick Dunne had earlier told that his coverage of the O.J.Simpson trial would be his last. Dunne intended to retire to write his memoirs. Dominique Dunne, Dunne’s sole daughter, was strangled to death by her boyfriend and this influenced Dunne to become a writer to publicize victims’ plights.

Dunne, 82, is fighting bladder cancer. Dunne was sent to Valley Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. While in hospital, Dunne phoned a reporter to give his update. Dunne said he was feeling fine. Dunne might return to his base in New York in the next few days. He traveled against his doctor’s orders and may need to return for his medical care.
