Obama beat McCain, 15-6, in Dixville Notch, New Hampshire. The tiny community of 21 in Dixville Notch, New Hampshire has always observed the tradition of casting their ballots at the stroke of midnight on Polling Day. The votes are immediately counted and announced. Obama won Dixville Notch New Hampshire.
