David Schroer became Diana Schroer, a transgendered female. David Schroer applied for a job successfully.

Diana Schroer:

Schroer told his interviewer that he would be working as Diana Schroer. Schroer was a transsexual, who could not reconcile to his male body. The following day, his job offer was rescinded. Diana Schroer sued the Library of Congress and won. Schroer won a groundbreaking law suit for federal sex discrimination.
