Demario Atwater & Eve Carson: Atwater charged for Carson’s death (photos) (photos)

Demario Atwater, 22, has been accused of killing Eve Carson, 22. Carson was fatally shot on Chapel Hill, of Athens, Ga., in Mar 2008. Atwater faces the death penalty. His co-defendant, Laurence Lovette will not be charged for directly causing the death of Carson.

    Kill the bastards! Send then to Saudi Arabia, where they will behead the losers. Why the hell would they want to kill the poor girl after she gave them access to her funds? They could have simply taken the money and let her go – not that it was right, but would have had a better outcome.

    However, the death penalty should also be applied liberally to those who kill anyone, regardless of race or nationality.
