Del Campo High School was in a lockdown. At 9 am, an anonymous caller to the police said a student, named only by his first name, had a gun at Del Campo High. The caller alleged this gun man was going to target certain students at Del Campo High.

Police and school authorities engaged in a school wide lockdown. All male students by that first name were interviewed and searched. All classrooms that the named person attended were searched for a possible concealed weapon. After 3 hours, the Del Campo High School lockdown ended. The call would be investigated to determine if it was a hoax. The video is here.
