Updated July 9 – Jay Faires wants to sell the house that is worth $4.3 million but his estranged wife Debbie Matenopoulos has not agreed to do so. Faires claimed he could not keep up with his mortgage, propert taxes and other expenses.

Debbie Matenopoulos, the E!’s Daily 10 TV host, has a divorce on her hands. Debbie Matenopoulos’ husband has filed for divorce. Jay Faires, the soon to be ex husband of Debbie Matenopoulos, has cited irreconcilable differences for the divorce. Jay Faires asked the court not to award spousal support. Jay Faires and Debbie Matenopoulos were married in July 2003. Debbie Matenopoulos and Jay Faires were separated in Mar 2008.

Jay Faires is a music executive. Faires’ divorce suit stated that their property rights would be determined.

Faires and Matenopoulos are childless.
