Dean Corll, a serial killer from Houston, killed many victims. One victim, Randell Lee Harvey, 15, has been identified. Randell Lee Harvey’s body was kept in the Harris County morgue since Aug. 1973. Sharon Derrick, a forensic anthropologist, tracked down Harvey’s sisters and asked them for DNA samples.
