De’Angelo Wilson, an actor who had roles in “8 Mile” and “Antwone Fisher”, has died. De’Angelo Wilson was found hanged on Wed., November 26, which was Thanksgiving Eve, 2008. Wilson was found dead inside the back room of a business place in Los Angeles.

Police took 1 week to locate and inform Wilson’s next of kin, who is his mother. That was why his name and news were not released earlier.

De’Angelo Wilson’s mother said she could not afford to transport his body back to Dayton, for his funeral. Wilson’s friends have volunteered to help out. One of Wilson’s friends included the real Antwone Fisher, whose reel character on the big screen was portrayed by De’Angelo Wilson.

De’Angelo Wilson’s other film credits included “Mercy Street” , where he acted as Julius. Wilson had minor roles in The Salon, CSI: NY, Outside Man and etc.
