David Tien, 47, and Jim Hsu, 45, were cousins who went fising in their 22 –foot Grady White fishing boat. On Sat., Nov. 22, the US Coast Guard received a report about a capsized fishing boat at 10 am. The boat was near Half Moon Bay, California.

The boat was towed to the harbour at 3 pm and when the boat was righted, the bodies of David Tien and Jim Hsu were discovered inside. Tien and Hsu were cousins from Milpitas.
