Lloyd Klein, a fashion expert, has been sued. David Pearce, a former friend of Klein, accused the fashion stylist of attacking him. Pearce claimed he went to visit Klein to get his keys back. Pearce said Klein was nude, drunk and refused to hand over his keys.

Pearce alleged that Klein and himself had a fight over the keys. Klein supposedly threw a vase and candlestick at Pearce. Pearce said Klein pushed him down a flight of stairs.

Pearce claimed he suffered fractures to his hands and needed corrective surgery. David Pearce has sued Lloyd Klein for assault, battery and distress.
