David O Liskany, 39,of Ohio, was sentenced on Friday Jan 30. David Liskany was sentenced to 16 years in prison for torturing and abusing his children.

Liskany had admitted he used corporal punishment to discipline his kids aged 4, 11 and 13. Liskany admitted holding his children underwater, spraying water up their noses, and using a dog’s shock collar on the kids.

David Liskany was discovered to have ill treated his children when the teen walked 15 – 20 miles through a snow storm to his relative’s house. The boy was reported missing. The subsequent search and investigation revealed the extent of Liskany’s treatment of his children.
