David Hernandez, a financier who went missing on June 15, has been found by police. Hernandez was in a hotel room, suffering from an overdose of drugs. Hernandez was sent to hospital, where he was treated. Hernandez called his wife from his hospital bed, to tell her he was fine.

Hernandez was allegedly involved in a $11 million Ponzi scheme to defraud 100 investors. David Hernandez is being watched at his bed in hospital. The FBI have detained him until he can get discharged from hospital.
