David Fioravanti, the “Biggest Loser” guy who won $100,000 is accused of cheating an insurance company of $63,000. Fioravanti was indicted by a Massachusetts grand jury of cheating.

Fioravanti was charged with 7 counts of insurance fraud. Fioravanti tried to defraud the insurance company by insuring $63,000 jewels he had reported as stolen 1 year ago. He tried to pull this scam twice. Two insurance companies were his victims. Fioravanti tried scamming Chubb Insurance and the other company was un-named.
