Danny Gans, 52, the comedian, died Friday morning, May 1. Gans, a popular performer in Las Vegas, died at around 3 am in his Las Vegas home. Gans’ body was discovered by his wife and she called 911 for help. When emergency crews arrived, they found that Gans had already died.

Gans had a $150 million contract in Las Vegas. Gans first signed the contract in 2000. Prior to his death on Thursday, Gans had not performed.

How did Danny Gans die? Nobody knows for sure. Reports said his wife called emergency because she said he had trouble breathing. The coroner will perform an autopsy on Danny Gans on May 2. Toxicology reports will take 4 – 6 weeks to be ready. The findings on the cause of death for Gans will be released after the toxicology reports are returned.
