Dannette R. Gillespie, her daughter, & Vanessa Anne Ocampo are charged for killing Eugene Palma

Dannette R. Gillespie, 38, armed her daughter, aged 15, and Vanessa Anne Ocampo, 19 with knives. Dannette R. Gillespie then waited in her car while the teens robbed an elderly man named Eugene Palma.

Eugene Palma was the owner of a bar and he did not know the females in this case. Gillespie’s daughter can not be named by some press reports because she is a minor. Vanessa Anne Ocampo confessed to the police and told them that the three of them went to Palma’s bar and followed him home. The teens stabbed Palma and then searched his pockets. They found $15. All three females were charged with capital murder and this offence disallows bail conditions.

Four lives are ruined for $15.

    1 life ruined (the victim) plus whoever else depends on him for a living, and the broken hearts of any loved ones.

    The killers now have a new role that they chose to play: they were either going to be fugitives for life or prisoners.
