Daniel Villa, a former Walpole High School Athletic Director, was sentenced for raping a female student, 15. Villa has to serve 2 years jail, 7 years probation and obey some probation conditions like registering as a sex offender, having GPS monitoring, refraining from contact with the victim and minors under 16.

Daniel Villa was discovered to be having an affair with the girl after her family checked her cell phone and found about 500 messages within a one month period.

Villa’s wife, Joanne E Villa, filed for divorce from her husband. Ms Villa is asking for the marital home in Walpole and custody of the children. Mr and Mrs Villa were married for 18 years.
