Neighbors complained about Dane Cook. Several claims mentioned Dane Cook or whoever took the dog out, did not clean up the dog poo in the La Fontaine complex. Dane Cook went to court over this. In August, the jury ruled that Dane Cook committed an offense, violated rules that stated compulsory bagging of one’s pet droppings. Dane Cook refused to accept his eviction. Cook appealed to the judge.

Cook said he experienced comic inspiration from living and dead people alike who were around the apartment complex. Dane Cook claimed he could be harmed if he loses his comic skills. Cook claimed comedians get a type of block too. On the other hand, Dane Cook has been exposed. NYP wrote that Dan Cook bought a house in Hollywood Hills and would be moving in there. So, why does he need to appeal to stay in his old apartment?
