Damon Dash has financial difficulties. He owes Eastern Savings Bank $78,000 in monthly mortgages for 2 condos in Tribeca.

The bank’s lawsuit said that Damon Dash has not paid since Jan. 2008. The condos were mortgaged for $7.3 million. Damon Dash had prior judgments on State back taxes, Federal back taxes and rental for his office.
