Dalene Kurtis, Miss Playmate of the Year 2002, has filed her lawsuit to sue her former boyfriend, James Daren Metropoulos. Metropoulos is the heir to the Bumblee Tuna company empire.

Kurtis claimed Metropoulos abused her, threatened to kill her family, and threatened to disfigure her by deflating her breast implants.

In addition, Kurtis had a long list of complaints against Metropoulos. The brief of it was that Kurtis claimed Metropoulos assaulted her in various ways. Kurtis had asked for a temporary restraining order against Metropoulos in September.
