Dalene Kurtis, 2002 Playmate of the Year, has filed a restraining order against her former boyfriend. Dalene Kurtis alleged her ex boyfriend assaulted her during their vacation in Hawaii. Kurtis said he threatened her and called her abusive names. The first incident had hardly passed by when 4 days later, he did some more serious physical assault on her and broke her finger.

Dalene Kurtis said she reported him to the police and he was arrested. Kurtis was given a Temporary Restraining Order on her former boyfriend and would be requesting for a permanent RO. The ex boyfriend has not been named.
