Macaulay Culkin, the child actor in “Home Alone”, lost his sister, Dakota Culkin. Dakota Culkin had stepped off the curb and she was hit by a car. Dakota Culkin died of massive head trauma; injuries to the head.

Dakota Culkin was born in 1979 and was 29. Dakota’s brother, Macaulay Culkin, is one year younger than her.

On Tuesday, Dec. 9, Dakota Culkin was walking along the west side of L.A. when she suddenly stepped off the curb in front of an oncoming car. The driver stopped to try to assist Dakota Culkin. Police determined he was not under the influence of substances and no crime had been committed. Dakota Culkin was sent to UCLA Medical Center. Culkin died on Wed., Dec. 10.

Dakota Culkin left behind her parents and her siblings; Macaulay Culkin, Shane Culkin, Kieran Christian Culkin, Rory Culkin and Quinn Culkin.
