Crystal Walden, 34, of Hurst, Texas, was charged with child endangerment. Walden brought her son, 10, inside the cab of a tractor trailer at New Hampshire. The truck was at a truck stop. Walden asked the driver for a lift to Texas and he asked Walden for sex. Walden allegedly had sex in the presence of her son.

Crystal Walden was charged with child endangerment. Walden’s son was under-dressed for cold weather. He did not have a coat of shoes. Walden had moved with her 3 kids to Portsmouth. Walden’s mother has custody of her 3 kids. The children are staying in a family member’s house.

The judge released Crystal Walden on condition she should not have any unsupervised contact with her children. Crystal Walden is due to appear in court on Feb. 11. Police have not decided if they would be charging the truck driver.
