Hugh Hefner’s new girlfriend Crystal Harris, graced a red carpet function with Hefner. Hefner’s other girlfriends, twins Kristina Shannon and Karissa Shannon were present at his publicity event too. Hugh Hefner had a function in honor of his new memoir, “Mr. Playboy.”
