Cristina Warthen, now 34, had worked as Cristina Schultz in 2003. Federal authorities raided her home and seized $61,000 cash. Some time later, Cristina Schultz married David Warthen. Cristina Warthen, a Stanford law school grad, pleaded guilty to income tax evasion charges. Warthen made a plea deal. Warthen agreed to pay $313,000 to cover taxes on her old earnings. Warthen had supposedly made money as a call girl using the name Brazil. Warthen would not be sentenced to prison but serve 1 year of home detention and 3 years of probation. The US District Judge set sentencing to be heard on June 15.
