Craig Callaway, a former City Council President, was sentenced to 3 years in prison for setting up his council rival, Eugene Robinson. Callaway aid a prostitute to do a sex act with Robinson in a motel room and it was taped by a secret video camera.

Callaway confronted Eugene Robinson with the sex tape and threatened to release it to the media if he did not resign. Robinson refused to resign and contacted police. Copies of the sex tape were distributed to Atlanta City radio hosts.

Ronald Callaway and David Callaway, both brothers of Craig Callaway, were accused of procuring the prostitute for setting up the sex sting and videotaping. Councilman John Schultz was accused of getting a video editor to do the editing of the sex tape. The hooker’s face was obscured. Ronald Callaway, David Callaway & John Schultz have all pleaded not guilty to their respective charges.
