Updated Oct 23 – Alexis Neires, aka Alexis Taylor, claimed that Nick Prugo was the mastermind. This is how she described the operation. Rachel Lee was Prugo’s main accomplice. Later, Diana Tamayo was roped in to do the burglaries together.

Roy Lopez was the fence who sold the stolen property. Lopez is a friend of Courtney Ames and thus was arrested as a suspect.

Alexis Neires Taylor claimed she was a suspect because police thought she was holding stolen goods for Prugo.

Rachel Lee and Diana Tamayo were convicted of stealing cosmetics from a Sephora store in Los Angeles, on August 20, 2009. Lee and Tamayo received convictions on misdemeanor shoplifting. They had to pay fines and undergo probation.

The Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch are a loosely based group of young people who have been arrested on suspicion of having committed burglaries at several celebrity homes.

Roy Lopez, a bouncer at a bar in Calabasas, Ca, was arrested for felony burglary. Lopez’s bail was $50,000.

So far, Roy Lopez, Rachel Lee, Diana Tamayo, Courtney Ames and Alexis Neires, (aka Alexis Taylor) were arrted on Oct 22. Nick Prugo was arrested in September 2009.

Courtney Ames and Alexis Neires were able to post bail of $50K each. Ames and Niers denied any wrong doing.

Why were Courtney Ames & Diana Tamayo arrested? Courtney Ames, 18, and Diana Tamayo, 19, were arrested on suspicion of felony burglary. Ames and Tamayo may have acted in conspiracy with Nick Prugo, 18. Prugo was arrested and charged with residential burglary.

Ames, Tamayo and Prugo were suspected to be involved in stealing from Lindsay Lohan, Audrina Patridge, Paris Hilton, Orlando Bloom and Rachel Bilson.

Ames and Tamayo were arrested on Thursday, October 22. Ames and Tamayo had their bail set at $50,000 each.
