Courtenay Semel, the ex girlfriend of Lindsay Lohan, has been cited for battery. Courtenay Semel hit a security guard in Las Vegas. Courtenay Semel, 28, daughter of Terry Semel, is the heiress of his Yahoo fortune.

Las Vegas police said that Courtenay Semel hit a guard at the back of his head after an argument at 4 am Wednesday morning. Courtenay Semel had earlier went inside Pure Nightclub in Caesar’s Palace. Courtenay Semel claimed she left her cell phone inside the club. By the time Courtenay Semel went back, Pure Nightclub had closed. Semel asked the security guard to look for her phone and hit him. The guard had no injuries. Courtenay Semel was detained until the police arrived. Courtenay Semel’s rumored girlfriend, Tila Tequila, was not present.
