The Cornell suicide is about a suicide in the Cascadilla Gorge, near Cornell University. The Cornell Daily Sun link is below. On Wed., Oct 8, 2 pm, a male person dove (jumped) head first into the Cascadilla Gorge near Cornell University. Cornell police arrived to recover the dead from the base of the Cascadilla Gorge around 2:30 pm. Police are investigating. It is unknown about the suicide jumper’s relation to Cornell University.

This is not the first Cornell death. In Sept., Douglas Lowe drowned in the Fall Creek Gorge, near Cornell. In Sept. 2007, Keith O’Donnell fell into the Cascadilla Gorge, near Cornell, while he was walking home.
