He should never see the light of day had that happened on the first conviction in 1999, the rape at the library would have never happened. Sexual predators have and always will be a constant threat to our society and are children, they are dangerously ill,they will always offend again and again there is no cure. If the rights of societys most vulnerable memebers are denied everbodys rights are. Sex offenders relinquish their civil rights the second they touch a child inappropriately, ask the parents of the children who have died at the hands of these monsters. Saunders the monster took away those boys innocence their life will never be the same. If Saunders was sentenced to life why is he eligible
