Corbin Bernsen, the actor, leased a storage unit in Van Nuys, Califoria. Bernsen signed the lease in April 2000 for $900 monthly. The company has filed a lawsuit to claim money.

The company for the storage unit claimed Bernsen failed to pay rent since Jan 2004. Bernsen vacated and gave up his unit on Jan 31 2009. The company wants $55,800 for unpaid rental. The same company alleged Bernsen had rented a separate storage unit in Feb 1999 for $860 monthly. Bernsen gave up that unit in Feb 2009. For this unit, the company wants to claim $66,600 unpaid rental.

Bernsen’s camp said in their defence that they had a dispute with the storage rental company. They claimed certain conditions in the lease were unfulfilled.

The storage rental company has sued Corbin Bernsen for unpaid rent, plus interest and late charges on two units of storage Bernsen had signed to lease.
