Tim Clements was the winner of a $3.3 million jackpot in 2004. Clements has teamed up with David Jennings, to operate a nudist dude ranch in Hernando County.

They named it the CJ Ranch. Clements and Jennings face a problem in getting approval because of zoning laws and a nudity ban in Hernando County. Clements said that if they could not get the nod from the authorities, they would close the ranch and only admit in friends.

Clothing is optional on CJ Ranch but everyone must wear pants and boots to ride horses. I suppose that is for their own safety.
