Claire Sweeney, a British TV personality, said she had an encounter with the former US president Bill Clinton. Sweeney said she was at a party in Russia when she met Clinton.

Claire Sweeney claimed she refused Clinton’s suggestion of a romantic liaison. Sweeney even cracked a joke about keeping her dress clean.
