Claire Jones gave birth to her baby in the toilet. Jones claimed she was unaware she had labor pains as she thought she had diarrhea. There are photos of Claire Jones and her two boyfriends, David Stoneman and Marcus Bezerra here at the link.

Claire Jones said she realized she had given birth after she saw a foot in the toilet bowl. Claire Jones testified in court that she tried to revive her newborn but failed so she kept the dead baby in the trunk of her car. Jones said she was aware of her pregnancy from her affair with her colleague but she did not know she would be giving birth in the toilet. The court has given Claire Jones a suspended sentence for hiding the baby’s birth. The coroner is examining into the death of Claire Jones baby.

Claire Jones, 32, lived with her steady boyfriend, David Stoneman, 34. She hid her pregnancy from Stoneman by telling him she had a wheat allergy and that made her put on weight. Police initially thought Stoneman was involved in the infant’s death and he was arrested and questioned.

Claire Jones had a secret boyfriend, Marcus Bezerra, 35, and she wanted to hide her pregnancy from Stoneman. After she lost the baby, she informed Marcus Bezerra that her baby died as a result of cancer. Claire Jones had lied to Bezerra that she had cancer. Marcus Bezerra thought that Jones would leave Stoneman and live with him to raise their child together. When Jones informed of their baby’s death, he called the police. The police searched Claire Jones’ home and car and found the remains of the dead baby.

Both Marcus Bezerra and David Stoneman were very upset. Stoneman said he had spent 11 years with Claire Jones and she cheated on him.
