Claire Forlani, an actress in “CSI NY”, is being sued for defamation of an art dealer. Claire Forlani is married to Dougray Scott.

The dealer alleged that Forlani wrote an email condemning him for selling fake art on William Claxton and Keith Haring. Forlani also criticized the dealer for overcharging her on some art works done by Andy Warhol.

The art dealer claimed Forlani has defamed him by mass emailing her friends in her social circle. He claimed he was innocent of any wrong doing. In his lawsuit, he is asking for a large compensation.
