Cindy Stankoski and Vanessa Stout won their sexual harassment complaints against an aide to an Ohio Attorney General. Stankoski and Stout filed sexual harassment claims against Anthony Gutierrez,who was an aide to the former A. G. Marc Dann. Both Stankoski and Stout were awarded $247,500 for reparations and lawyers fees.

Anthony Gutierrez lost his job when he was fired. Marc Dann resigned in May 2008. Marc Dann admitted he had an affair with an employee.

State investigators discovered Dann’s office was not run in a professional way. Dann was accused of using campaign money for friends and family members. The new A.G., Richard Cordray, a Democrat, praised Stankoski and Stout.

Mr Dann wrote a feedback on the settlement. Dann said he was sympathetic to Stout and Stankoski but thought they did not deserve that large sum. (Source)
