Chuck Turner, City Councilor in Boston, has been arrested. FBI arrested Chuck Turner on Fri., Nov. 21. Chuck Turner has appeared in the US District Court in Worcester on Fri. afternoon. Chuck Turner was read attempted extortion charges.
