Christopher McCuin, who was accused of killing his girlfriend and cooking parts of her flesh, has died. Christopher McCuin was found unresponsive in his cell in Smith County Jail, in Texas. McCuin was indicted in February for the death of Jana Shearer on January 4 2008. McCuin was waiting for his trial and held on a $2 million bond.

McCuin was sent to hospital where he was pronounced dead. There will be an autopsy for Christopher McCuin. The authorities do not suspect foul play as McCuin was in a solitary cell. The death of Christopher McCuin was not suspicious but it will be investigated.

Christopher McCuin, 26, of Tyler, Texas, was charged with murder in January 2008. His girlfriend, Jana Shearer, 21, of Whitehouse, had died. Police found a human ear boiling in a pot and a piece of flesh on a plate at the kitchen table. Police did not know if McCuin had eaten any flesh before they arrived at the house.

The secrets are carried to the graves.
