Christopher Dwayne Hall charged for murder & desecration of Nacole Winter
By Clarencia Cynrae on August 21st, 2008Nacole Winter, 15, was beaten, stomped with feet, and killed by strangulation in a Topeka apartment in Shawnee County, Kansas. This happened around Dec. 1 2006.
Nacole Winter was thrown into a car trunk and driven to Lake Shawnee and her corpse was burnt from the waist downwards. Nacole Winter’s body was found on Dec. 14 2006. Nacole Winter was a student of Hope Academy and she left the school grounds without permission.
Christopher Dwayne Hall, 25, has been charged with the murder of Nacole Winter. Christopher Dwayne Hall’s charges include first degree murder, indecent liberties with a child, and desecration of a corpse. Christopher Dwayne Hall’s brother, Michael Hall has testified. Michael Hall said that another woman showed up at his brother’s apartment on the same day Nacole Winter was killed.
