Christina Korbe, wife of arrested Robert Korbe, was herself arrested. Christina Korbe allegedly fired a shot at an FBI agent, Sam Hicks, and killed him. The FBI agents ahd identified themselves before going inside the house of Robert Korbe. Yet Christina Korbe refused to believe they were Federal law enforcement officers.

Christina Korbe shot and killed Sam Hicks. There were unconfirmed reports that Christina Korbe called 911 to report a home invasion. She refused to believe the identity of the FBI agents. However, Robert Korbe told reporters the FBI had shot their own guy. (Why would they shoot their own guy?) Robert Korbe, in the video, was dressed in a blue shirt and that was distinctive. The FBI denied releasing any firearms inside the house. The gun ballistics tests will confirm the truth.

Defense attorney Sumner Parker tried to justify the gunfire. Mistaken beliefs in ompetition, breakins and rivals were blamed for the gunfire.

Sam Hicks left behind his wife and young son, age 3.
