Who’s Christina Ambers and why is she in the news? Ambers is a model who specializes in modelling her feet. Ambers’ feet are worth a lot of money. Ambers has filed a far fetched lawsuit against the management and residents of Avon House on East 74th Street, in NYC. Ambers claimed Avon House people are trying to create a hostile environment to get her to move away.

Ambers means business as she filed a lawsuit to ask for $10 million. Ambers said Avon House’s motive was because she married the former doorman (Angel Rotger) of the apartment building and the people hated it.

Christina Ambers married Angel Rotger in July 2009 and claimed she has experienced hostility in Avon House.

Ambers is alleging a discrimination against her had occurred. Ambers claimed Avon House folks were biased against a Hispanic former doorman living in the very building he worked in. Ambers said Angel Rotger was fired after he started his relationship with her. Ambers said the Avon House staff made her work as her own doorman, hailing her own cabs and fetching her own packages.

In August 2009, Rotger was hit in his groin. The building supervisor’s wife assaulted Rotger in his private parts by using a big, brown sack. Rotger was treated at a hospital for his injury.

Joe Colbert, the lawyer representing Avon House, said Christina Ambers’ claims have no merit.
