Updated June 22 – Beth Smith, wife of Chris Smith was killed in the crash. Chris Smith is a PGA Tour player. Beth Smith was from Peru, Indiana. Beth Smith was killed when her SUV crashed with a Greyhound bus carrying the Canadian semi- professional football team. Beth Smith’s children were badly injured n the crash on I-69 near Angola, Indiana.

Beth Smith was driving home after visiting her family on father’s Day. Mrs Smith’s family was in Toledo, Ohio. Abigail Smith and Cameron Smith were airlifted to Lutheran Hospital in Fort wayne. The Smith children were in serious condition in hospital when the press last checked on their condition on Sunday, June 21.

Chris Smith lives with his family in Peru, Indiana. Chris Smith plays golf on the PGA Tour and he has been actively participating in the PGA since 1991.

A tour bus carrying the London Silverbacks of London, Ontario, in Canada, crashed into a SUV in Indiana. One person in the SUV was killed. The crash on Sunday, June 21, sent 14 people to hospital. Twelve of the injured were sent to a hospital in Angora. These victims had minor injuries. Two people who had serious injuries were airlifted and sent to a hospital in Fort Wayne.
