Chris Mims, ex San Diego Chargers defensive lineman, was discovered dead. Chris Mims was found dead in his home in an apartment downtown of L.A. Chris Mims, 38, was found dead around 9:30 am by officers who were conducting a check on welfare of people. Police said they did not suspect foul play. The coroner refused to comment because Chris Mims’ relatives did not receive notification of his death yet.

Chris Mims was remembered for playing 8 seasons in NFL. Mims played 7 seasons with the Chargers and one season with Washington Redskins. Chris Mims retired in 2000.
