For Chris Cagle’s first arrest for assault, it  was in December 13 2007. It was after a benefit conert. Chris Cagle was accused of hitting a woman in her face. Her boyfriend, Mark Barry, said something that made Chris angry so Chris hit her.

Chris Cagle would stand trial on Sep. 23 2008 in Tucson, Arizona for this charge.

On Wed., May 28 2008, Chris Cagle was arrested for assault again. He hit his girlfriend, Jennifer Tant. Police said Chris Cagle and Jennifer Tant were  drunk. Both Chris Cagle & Jennifer Tant were arrested and thrown in jail. Police said they had to spend 12 hours in prison before they could post bail. Bail was set at $1500 each.
